What do I wear to an appointment?

Clothes you feel comfortable moving in. It’s also a good idea to consider why you coming, where trainings you’d normally use are great for a detailed review, I will need to be ab let to see the area(s) we’re working on. Shorts and vest help us to fully assessment you movement and ribcage

Is sports therapy for me?

At AM Sports Therapy, we offer sports therapy for all—soreness, weakness, niggles, and performance. Comprehensive services include pre/post-surgery, diagnosis, pain relief, management, rehab. Scientific, tailored whole body care to excel in sports.

What do I treat?

Above shows a summary of the issues I treat, if you don’t see your condition or aren’t sure what’s going on in your body, please don’t panic. Please fill in the book form and I will guide you on the best course of treatment, whether that be with me or a specialist

What massages do you offer?

Sports massage, deep tissue and relax.

From scar tissue to aiding recovery or performance improvements, massage can help all!!!

What shall I bring?

Any medical records, drug history and any gp or consualtant letters.

How do I pay?

Cash, bank transfer or card payment. I am unable to accept AMEX.

Can I use my insurance?

At this time I do not deal directly with any insurance company. Please contact your directly to see if you are able to claim back any of your appointments.

Do you treat under 16s?

I do not treat anyone under 16

What happens if I need to move my appointment?

To move or amend any appointments please email.

There is a 2 working day cancellation notice period, should you cancel within 2 working day of your appointment you will be charged the full amount. Failure to attend an appointment, you will also be charged your appointment fee.

Do you offer discounts?

I offer a blocking book discount for 50mins appointments; invest in a block of 11 get 12

or

invest in a block of 6 and 5% off.

All block purchases are valid for 12months and are non refundable.
